End of Year Party at Pioneer Country, Tweed Valley

This event was 7 months in the making, with the client contacting us in May for a December event. Having plenty of lead time made planning and working with the client a breeze! Pioneer Country is a gorgeous and unique venue, and as you can see we were blessed with a hot and sunny December day. The day began with some lawn games at the pre-drinks, before moving through to the back verandah and lawn area for our art zone, face painting and Clown School (brought to you by our partners Funfit Junior Fitness).

World Dental Congress at the International Convention Centre Sydney

One of the larger-scale events Corporate Kidz has provided childcare for, we saw up to 40 children at a time in our care, with a large team of staff working over the 4-day event. We divided our space into age-based zones, with activities tailored to babies, toddlers, pre-schoolers, kids and teens. The kids had plenty of time to participate in all the different activities, and then chill out in the afternoon on the beanbags, throw over a blanket and relax with a movie before pick-up time.

Jewellery Industry Fair at Carriageworks Sydney

Carriageworks Sydney is such a stunning venue for exhibitions and fairs, at the former Eveleigh Railway Workshops, built in the 1880s. Corporate Kidz setup a fun little space near the front of the event where the children could be dropped off for the morning, afternoon or evening. Corporate Kidz also managed the entire registration process for the client so they didn’t have to worry about a thing! Sponsored by The Women in Jewellery.

Quarterly Parish Training Days, Lower North Shore, Sydney

Corporate Kidz provides our childcare service on a quarterly basis to one of the parishes on the Lower North Shore of Sydney. We work closely with the client to tailor a program to their needs, with the children participating in sessions with the adults, as well as chilling out in Kidz HQ. CKA sets up an Arts & Crafts Zone, Active Zone, and Babies Room for this event. Luckily for us, the event organiser is also a parent who is very happy with the service we provide!

National Political Party Conference at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre

The Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre is such a great venue to host a creche at, with the Arbour Lounge being one of our favourite spaces! With stunning views of the Brisbane River, city skyline and Southbank right outside our window, and a bunch of great activities going on inside, the small group of children and babies in our care were more than entertained. This particular event was predominantly looking after babies, so we set up an extensive baby play area, portacots, high chairs and prams, as well as active games and arts and crafts for our older kids.

Child Minding for Housing Development Tours near Geelong, Victoria

Corporate Kidz was asked to provide child minding for children at a new housing development construction site whilst parents and guardians participated in a tour of the new facilities. We provided a selection of art workshops and active games and when it was time to go home they didn’t want to leave!

This was a particularly quick turnaround booking, with only 4 days between first enquiry and the event. CKA will do whatever it takes to make it work!

Splendour in the Grass 2023

Little Splendour 2023 was a blast! Absolutely stunning blue skies, so many kids having a ball, cool vibe and the Babysitting Club was rocking!

Operating from 12pm to 12am each day of the festival, parents can drop their kids off with us to play, craft, relax or sleep, while they go and enjoy the festival kid-free.

First Nations Summit at the Pullman Brisbane

This two day event ran from 8am to 6pm and our active zone was the biggest hit! We set up room to play, an obstacle course and played group games with our rainbow parachute. The summit was a unique event for First Nations campaigners, community organisers and changemakers to connect, share skills and build power to lead change.

One of our long-term clients hosts an annual hardware group conference on the Gold Coast and our program is jam packed! With two full day excursions, night programs featuring a disco, balloon twisting, drumming workshop and poi-making workshop, slumber party, art workshops and giant games, the kids are entertained every minute of the day and night!

Health Profession Conference at the Adelaide Convention and Exhibition Centre

We often find ourselves at international health profession conferences where our Kidz HQ creche really shines! We setup two zones – one for the babies and toddlers featuring soft toys, floor mats, books, musical toys and playdough, as well as a sleeping and nappy changing area, and the other for our older kids featuring an amazing obstacle course as well as our signature arts and crafts zone. Afternoons are always good to wind down with a movie or two before pickup.

Professional Association Night Session at the Byron at Byron Crystalbrook Resort

A night time session for the kids while the parents ventured into the hinterland for their dinner. We invited in one of our cool entertainers for a poi making workshop and lightsaber twirling demonstration, as well as a couple of our art workshops and a movie.

National Franchisee Conference at The Star, Gold Coast

We love the opportunity to include excursions for our school aged kids, and this conference was all about excursions! We spent two full days out and about at Seaworld and Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, with some of the kids braving the High Ropes Course. Our evening sessions featured some of our favourite entertainers, including a disco, face painting, crazy dress ups and a slumber party style movie night.
