Founding directors Sara Hayes and Trudi Luke joined forces to create Corporate Kidz Australia after working together for over 7 years on various projects. It was evident early in their professional relationship that they were a perfect balance, each bringing a skill set to complement the other.
Trudi is the hands-on expert in childcare, from activity planning and activation, to liaising with families and children in real time. Sara is the business manager, ensuring a seamless experience for your organisation from the very beginning through to the event wrap-up. This solid foundation forms Corporate Kidz Australia, now the number one choice in the corporate sector for event and conference childcare in Australia.
Trudi Luke
Trudi Luke discovered her love of childcare at a young age. Her 25 year long career has spanned diverse learning spaces including Primary School Teacher, Out of School Hours Care Supervisor, Child Development Officer, Childcare Teacher and Nanny. Trudi has a Bachelor of Teaching Degree with a specialisation in Early Childhood.
Trudi’s true calling was the creation of her own company, Kidzklub Australia, a place where her experience, creativity and passion could find its home. It began as an adventure tour company in Byron Bay and is now a nationally acclaimed children’s entertainment company. Kidzklub Australia is the mastermind behind children’s festivals such as Little Splendour, Smalls Festival, programs such as Byron Bay Farm Kids and the Floriade Kids Tent plus a myriad of small events, shopping centre activations and school holiday programs along the east coast.
It was on this business journey that Trudi saw a need in the corporate event sector for quality event childcare and so joined with Sara to create Corporate Kidz Australia.
When she’s not immersed in her businesses, Trudi spends her time indulging her passion for the great outdoors, in nature bushwalking, gardening and hanging with her friends and family.
Sara Hayes
Sara is the business and event logistics whiz of Corporate Kidz Australia. Her career in events began over a decade ago, including large community events, facilities management and live event venues. From first point of contact with a client, right through to post-event evaluation, Sara will guide you every step of the way. Sara loves systems and processes and has a high level of attention to detail, ensuring your event runs smoothly.
Sara’s formal qualifications include a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Event and Tourism Management), a Diploma of Accounting and a Certificate in Community Engagement. She has completed training in project management, facilitation, festivals and events, disability awareness, workplace health and safety and workplace bullying and harassment.
Sara enjoys travelling, reading, spending time with family and friends, and going to the gym.
