PLANNING

Providing a safe and fun environment for children at your corporate event is our number one priority.

We have a number of services for you to choose from:

 

  • Creche style childcare where parents drop off and attend their event child-free.

 

  • Playroom and chill out zone, often with a live feed of the main event, enabling parents and children to be together if needed and a comfy place for mothers to breastfeed while remaining connected to the proceedings.

 

  • Full timetabled event for children ranging on and off premises.

Regardless of the number and ages of children, event type or venue size, we will work closely with your event coordinators to tailor the perfect childcare services for your event.

 

If event childcare is new to you or your company we will happily provide you with a step by step guide to integrating Corporate Kidz services successfully into your event.

Excursions can also be organised for older children to get out and about for part of the program. Options vary based on the location of the event.

 

We have a babysitting and nanny service for smaller events.

You can rest assured that the safety and wellbeing of the children in our care is our number one priority.

 

If you choose to work with us, we will provide you with the following compliance documents:

 

  • Public Liability Insurance
  • Workers Compensation Insurance
  • Work Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
  • Risk Management Statements
  • Staff qualifications and Working with Children Checks

 

Mobile Event Childcare is not governed by any departmental regulations, however, we have created our own policies in line with regulations set out by the governing bodies for childcare centres.

 

We developed our program in conjunction with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the Australian Curriculum (AC). This helps to ensure that what we do is not only fun and entertaining, but also meets educational outcomes.

 

Wherever possible we  provide child-safe, non-toxic, environmentally friendly materials and equipment.

REGISTRATION

Once you decide to have a Childcare service at your event there are decisions to be made around managing information provided to parents, registrations and payments.

Your company may choose to subsidise all or part of the childcare costs for your delegates. You may choose to only cater to a certain age group of children (e.g. over 5 years old). The details of this will be determined when we go to contract with you.

There are also options for how you decide to register the children that will be attending your event.

You handle all information distribution, bookings, Q&A’s and individual payments and provide us with a final registration list prior to the event.

We produce for you a professional and comprehensive online Information Package which contains the full program and all pertinent information, registrations and payments forms and as part of this service we are more than happy to speak with parents directly if they have any extra questions or concerns not outlined in the brochure.

On the day of your event, parents will be required to sign the registration form and sign their children in and out of the Corporate Kidz Australia Service. Parents will be required to show identification to take their child at the end of the sessions to ensure all children are safe and accounted for.

We can be flexible with last minute registrations providing we have spaces available within our staff-children ratios.
