Corporate Kidz Australia in partnership with Kidzklub Australia has been providing Children’s Entertainment, Babysitting Clubs and Mobile Crèche Services to companies for over 20 years up and down the East Coast of Australia and have a trusted reputation of providing high quality services at all times.

Corporate Kidz Australia are an experienced, professional team of teachers and childcare workers with a passion for creating fun, safe environments for children of all ages. We recognise the importance of our role and the responsibility given to us by the parents and adhere strictly to the national guidelines for workplace health and safety in childcare, have a thorough policy and procedures manual and detailed compliance documents, maintain regular servicing of equipment, purchase child safe nontoxic craft products where possible and promise a high standard of hygiene at all times.

Corporate Kidz Australia is a nationally operating company who work with many private and corporate clients to improve outcomes for planned conferences, festivals, product launches, expos or corporate family events.

Clients listed include Mitre 10, Elements of Byron, AMP, Platinum Electricians, Ngunya Jarjum Network, Bakers Delight, Department of Health and Human Services, BT Financial Group, Conference Magic, The Association Specialists and many more.

You can cancel any time before 6 November. You’re also welcome to request a change to a different day or time, though as places are limited we can’t guarantee your preferred slot will be available. Please note that cancellation fees may apply for any cancellation made after 6 November.

Late pick-ups will incur a fee at a prorated rate of $70.00 per hour.

All children of all ages require a booking. Walk-ins may be an option on the day however please note that there is a strict child to carer ratios which must be met. The ability to accept children without a booking will be dependent on these ratios being met.

Yes you can come during session breaks to take your children. This is encouraged if your bookings are of a longer duration.

Corporate Kidz Australia prides themselves on offering premium quality care, which in an event environment extends beyond basic needs. Due to the nature of such a large event, child protection and ethical issues need to be addressed.

Strategies include:

• A full risk assessment and a safety inspection of Kidz HQ area has been conducted before the commencement of the event and during the event WHS is continuously monitored and maintained.
• Kidz HQ Managing staff are highly experienced with these types of events and all have working with children checks and there are many with First Aid/CPR/Anaphylaxis Training.
• Kidz HQ is strictly for children and their parents only.

Children are to be signed in on arrival and out by the parent or guardian at the end of the care session (Parent or Guardian ID may be requested both at the security gate and by the crèche manager).

Parents are required to remain onsite at the event and provide 2 mobile phone numbers to Corporate Kidz Australia so they are easily contactable.

Parents and / or guardians must remain contactable at all times (on mobile).

The same parent and / or guardian must return to collect their child. Children will not be released to anyone else.

For the safety and enjoyment of all, children who are ill will not be admitted to the program.

If your child becomes unwell while in our care, we’ll contact you or their assigned guardians immediately. We’ll keep your child comfortable and safe until you arrive to collect them from Kidz HQ.

Corporate Kidz Staff will not administer medication.

Our caring educators will comfort and support your child, using techniques to help them feel calm and secure. We’ll keep you informed and discuss any concerns or strategies to ensure your child feels happy and settled at Kidz HQ. If your child continues to feel upset, we may ask you to collect them from Kidz HQ.

Due to the nature of event-based childcare, it can be more challenging to replicate usual home or childcare routines and settle children during nap times. We generally find that children settle most successfully in their own pram.

Portable cots are provided; however, care takes place within a shared room environment and the presence of other children may create some distraction.
